Objective:

As a Warehouse Associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our point of sale. Your primary responsibilities will be compiling orders, restocking and moving merchandise, whether on the sales floor or to a customer's vehicle. Your day will be spent checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers and driving a forklift. If you are friendly, organized, hardworking and someone who thrives in a warehouse environment, Floor & Decor is the place for you. Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts or agricultural equipment a plus but not required. Where permitted by state law, heavy equipment operator certification requires passing a drug test. In the performance of his duties, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Physical/sensory requirements

Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than negligible up to 20 pounds of force consistently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The employee is often required to use his hands and fingers, to manipulate or to feel. The employee often has to stand, walk, stretch with arms and hands, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, squat or crawl.
